  • 2 corn cobs, cut into pieces
  • 300grams kaleslaw salad
  • 500grams simply heat slow cooked pork brisket with brown sugar & rum BBQ sauce

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Step 2 of 4

Remove pork from packet (reserving sauce) and place into an ovenproof dish. Heat for 25 minutes. Pour the contents of the sauce sachet evenly over the meat and cook for a further 15 minutes.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, mix slaw with dressing sachet. Set aside. Steam or microwave corn for 2 minutes until tender.

Step 4 of 4

Slice pork and serve with slaw and corn.
