Pork Cutlets with Apple Balsamic Glaze

- steamed green beans (to serve)
- 1teaspoons dried thyme
- 1tablespoons Apple balsamic Glaze
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 4 pork cutlets
- 2teaspoons olive oil
- steamed chat potatoes (to serve)
Method
Step 1 of 6
Season pork cutlets on both sides with thyme and pepper.
Step 2 of 6
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and pork. Cook cutlets, two at a time, for 5 minutes each side or until cooked and golden. Remove to a plate and cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining cutlets.
Step 3 of 6
Return all cutlets to frying pan and reduce heat. Add apple balsamic glaze and water. Stir to combine.
Step 4 of 6
Cover frying pan and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5 of 6
Place pork cutlets onto serving plates and spoon over any remaining glaze in pan.
Step 6 of 6
Serve with steamed potatoes and green beans.
