  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 50grams brown sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1tablespoons cracked black pepper

Description

This condiment goes great with all dishes and adds a tangy twist to beetroot.

Method

Step 1 of 6

Heat up a sauce pan to a medium heat.

Step 2 of 6

Slice the beetroot into chunks or slices.

Step 3 of 6

Add all ingredients to the saucepan and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 4 of 6

Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Step 5 of 6

Sterilise a suitable sealable container by placing in in boiling water and allow to cool.

Step 6 of 6

Empty contents into container and store in the fridge overnight.
