  • 1 fresh cucumber, cut into sticks
  • 1 560g peking duck pancake kit
  • duck breast fillets

Description

Smear pancake with hoisin sauce. Add warm duck, spring onion and cucumber. Roll up and enjoy.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add duck, skin-side down and cook for 10 minutes until golden brown. Turn over and cook the other side for 5 minutes. Remove to a plate.

Step 2 of 4

Cut legs in half at the knuckle, remove meat and slice.

Step 3 of 4

Empty hoisin sauce into a small dish. Warm pancakes in the pack in the microwave for 1 minute.

Step 4 of 4

Arrange all items on a platter and let everyone wrap their own.
