- 2tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 400grams raw peeled king prawns
- 200grams bean sprouts
- 125grams snowpeas, shredded
- 100grams water chestnuts, thinly sliced
- 1/2 iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 12 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1tablespoons sesame seeds, lightly toasted

Method
Step 1 of 3
Set a steamer over a pan of simmering water and steam the king prawns for 2-3 minutes until cooked and pink. Set aside and leave to cool.
Step 2 of 3
Make the dressing by mixing together all the ingredients in a small bowl.
Step 3 of 3
Toss together the bean sprouts, snowpeas, water chestnuts, lettuce and radishes and scatter over the prawns and sesame seeds. Drizzle over the dressing and serve immediately.
