- 1 cup plain flour
- 125grams unsalted butter, chopped
- 1teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 250grams dark chocolate, chopped
- 1tablespoons cocoa powder
- 125grams cream cheese, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter-flavoured choc bits

Method
Step 1 of 6
Preheat oven to 170°C. Grease a 20cm square cake pan and line with baking paper.
Step 2 of 6
Process the cream cheese, peanut butter, caster sugar, 1 egg and vanilla in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Melt the butter, chocolate and brown sugar in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Remove from the heat and whisk in remaining eggs, 1 at a time, until smooth.

Sift the flour and cocoa over the chocolate mixture. Stir well to combine.
Step 5 of 6
Transfer two-thirds of the chocolate brownie mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Add spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture and remaining chocolate brownie mixture over the top and swirl together. Sprinkle with peanut butter-flavoured choc bits.
Step 6 of 6
Bake for 45 minutes or until top has set. Cool completely in pan before removing and cutting into squares.
