- 500milliliter boysenberry swirl ice-cream
- 12 Woolworths shortbreads
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
Description
Turn the classic sandwich filling into a decadent sweet treat with a scoop of boysenberry swirl ice-cream and shortbread. This easy, budget-friendly recipe will definitely impress any sweet tooth.

Method
Step 1 of 2
Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Scoop ice-cream into 6 portions and place on prepared tray. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
Step 2 of 2
Spread half of the shortbread with peanut butter, then jam. Top with a scoop of ice-cream, then remaining peanut butter, remaining jam and remaining biscuit to form a sandwich. Serve immediately.
