  • 400grams chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1 medium white onion, peeled and finely diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
  • 60grams peanuts
  • 1teaspoons spring onion
  • 1teaspoons hoisin sauce
  • 1teaspoons red chillies, fresh, thinly sliced
  • 1teaspoons coriander, chopped
  • 400grams noodles, cooked as per packet instructions

Description

This peanut chicken noodle recipe is packed with juicy chicken and crunchy peanuts tossed in a spicy fragrant sauce. On the table in just 30 minutes this is a quick and easy dinner.

Method

Step 1 of 6

Heat up a large non-stick pan to a medium heat and then add the sesame oil.

Step 2 of 6

Fry the chicken for 10 minutes while turning.

Step 3 of 6

Add the onion and garlic to the pan and continue to fry for a further 4 minutes.

Step 4 of 6

Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and combine fully.

Step 5 of 6

Cook the noodles as per packet instructions and then drain and add to the pan.

Step 6 of 6

Cook and combine all ingredients while tossing for 3 minutes before serving.
