- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed

- 2 medium chillies, de-seeded and sliced

- 1teaspoons chilli flakes
- 1teaspoons scallions, chopped

Description
A simple and fast noodle dish with spicy eggs.
Method
Step 1 of 6
Heat up a large non-stick pan to a medium heat and then add the sesame oil.
Step 2 of 6
Add the onion and garlic to the pan and fry for 4 minutes.
Step 3 of 6
Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and combine fully.
Step 4 of 6
Cook the noodles as per packet instructions and then drain and add to the pan.
Step 5 of 6
Fry and combine all ingredients while tossing for 3 minutes before plating.
Step 6 of 6
Wipe pan clean adding a touch more sesame oil then crisp-fry the eggs and put on top of each dish.
