  • 3tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 medium white onion, sliced thinly
  • 2 medium capsicum, de-seeded and sliced
  • 200grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
  • 100grams mangetout
  • 100grams zucchini, sliced into strips
  • 100grams carrots, sliced into strips
  • 2tablespoons lemon juice

Description

This noodle dish is packed with vegetables and sticky Asian flavours.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Cook the noodles as per packet instructions and then drain and set to one side.

Step 2 of 5

Heat up a large pan to a medium heat and then add the sesame oil.

Step 3 of 5

Fry the onions, garlic and mushrooms for 5 minutes while tossing.

Step 4 of 5

Add the mangetout peppers, zucchini and carrots and fry for a further 3 minutes.

Step 5 of 5

Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan, fry while tossing for 3 more minutes before serving.
