- 40grams parmesan, grated
- 1/2teaspoons oregano

These zucchini fries taste like the real thing with a crisp parmesan coating.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Whisk the ground almonds, parmesan, garlic powder and oregano together in a shallow dish.
Step 2 of 3
Beat the egg in a medium bowl and dip each zucchini fry in then coat in the almond mix. Place each fry on a lined baking sheet.
Step 3 of 3
Heat the air fryer to 200°C and cook the fries in a single layer (working in batches) for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
