- 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 brown onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 425grams Latina Fresh Beef Bolognese Pasta Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups salt-reduced chicken stock
- 60grams baby spinach
- 625grams Latina Fresh Beef Ravioli
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheddar & pecorino cheese blend
- 1/4 bunch basil, leaves picked
Description
Is there anything more satisfying than a comforting meal with minimal clean-up? Try this pasta delight and then report back. We think not.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat oil in a large ovenproof frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes or until softened. Add pasta sauce and stock. Bring to the boil.
Step 2 of 3
Add baby spinach and ravioli to pan and carefully stir to combine. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until the ravioli is tender. Meanwhile, preheat oven grill.
Step 3 of 3
Top ravioli mixture with cheese. Grill for 2 minutes or until golden. Serve sprinkled with basil.
