Description

Make a creamy peanut butter slice for a delectable afternoon treat. You only need six ingredients and it's super-easy to make.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Grease and line base and sides of a 20cm square (6cm deep) cake pan with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above the edges of pan.

Step 2 of 5

Place biscuits in a food processor and process until they resemble fine breadcrumbs. Add butter and process until combined. Using back of a metal spoon, press mixture over base of pan to compact. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until firm.

Step 3 of 5

In a clean food processor, process peanut butter and sugar until combined. Press mixture into pan and smooth top. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled.

Step 4 of 5

Place chocolate and oil in a microwave-safe medium bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on medium for 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds with a metal spoon, or until melted and smooth. Pour chocolate mixture over slice and spread to cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm and set.

Step 5 of 5

Using a warm knife, cut slice into squares and serve.
