  • 500grams Woolworths frozen blueberries
  • 1teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 340grams butter cake mix
  • 60grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 110grams solid white chocolate Easter eggs, roughly chopped

Description

Tuck into a warm golden cobbler with a gooey centre chock-full of blueberries and melted white chocolate chunks. Try this easy dessert recipe today.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Lightly grease a 6-cup capacity ovenproof dish.

Step 2 of 3

Reserve 1/3 cup blueberries. Place remaining blueberries, vanilla and zest and lemon juice in dish and stir to combine.

Step 3 of 3

Place cake mix, butter and milk in a large bowl. Using a wooden spoon, stir to combine. Spoon batter over blueberry mixture in dish. Scatter over reserved blueberries and chocolate eggs. Bake for 45 minutes or until cake is golden and firm to touch. Serve.
