- 500grams chocolate brownie mix
- 125grams unsalted butter, melted
- 2 free range eggs
- 75grams Woolworths solid milk chocolate Easter eggs
- 150grams dark cooking chocolate
- 1/3 cup dulce de leche caramel
- 1 scoop Woolworths vanilla ice-cream (to serve)
- 125grams punnet raspberries (to serve)
Description
Transform Easter eggs into a rich chocolate brownie pie. This Easter dessert topped with fresh berries, ice-cream and caramel sauce is sure to hit the spot.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Lightly grease a 25cm round (top measurement) non-stick ovenproof frying pan.
Step 2 of 4
Combine brownie mix, butter and eggs in a medium bowl. Fold through half of the chocolate eggs. Pour two-thirds of the mixture into pan. Place dark chocolate in centre of pan, pushing down slightly. Cover with remaining brownie mixture.
Step 3 of 4
Bake for 25 minutes or until pie starts to come away from side of pan. Remove pan from oven and set aside for 5 minutes.
Step 4 of 4
Serve pie warm topped with caramel, remaining chocolate eggs, ice-cream and raspberries.
