  • 100grams pumpkin seeds
  • 100grams sesame seeds
  • 100grams sunflower seeds
  • 50grams chia seeds
  • 50grams flax seeds, golden
  • 200grams oats
  • 1tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 2teaspoons rosemary, fresh, chopped
  • 1/2teaspoons salt

Method

Step 1 of 5

Pre-heat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan-forced and line two large baking trays with parchment.

Step 2 of 5

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

Step 3 of 5

Mix 350ml of water with the coconut oil and maple syrup in a large jug, pour over the dry ingredients and mix well. Leave to thicken for 5 minutes.

Step 4 of 5

Divide the mix between the baking sheets, place a layer of parchment paper on top and press into the trays to form tightly packed, thin layers, with a rolling pin if necessary.

Step 5 of 5

Bake for 20 minutes, remove from the oven and flip over, peeling off the layer of parchment. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and break into shards once baked.
