Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat the oven grill to 180°C.

Step 2 of 4

Place semolina, salt and paprika into cup and combine.

Step 3 of 4

Place carrot sticks on a baking paper lined tray. Spray with olive oil and sprinkle over the semolina mixture. Grill for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the tops begin to colour.

Step 4 of 4

Serve as a snack, or as an accompaniment to your lunch or dinner. Dip your carrot chips in a simple garlic aioli or avocado dip.
