Method

Step 1 of 2

Drain chickpeas and place into food processor with onion, garlic clove, ground coriander, ground cumin, chopped parsley, plain flour and egg white. Process until almost smooth.

Step 2 of 2

Shape into 6 patties. Chill for 30 minutes. Fry in a little oil for 5 minutes or until golden. Serve with hummus dip.
