  • 1teaspoons garam masala
  • 1/2teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 500grams mixed nuts (cashews, pecans, walnuts, hazel nuts, almonds, cashews)
  • 1tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2tablespoons coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 cup pepitas
  • 1/4 cup cranberries
  • 2teaspoons sea salt flakes

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 150ºC. Whisk egg white in a large mixing bowl until foamy.

Add sugar and spices and whisk through.

Step 3 of 5

Add nuts, pepitas and seeds to the spice mixture and stir well to evenly coat. Spread into a roasting pan in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt.

Step 4 of 5

Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 120°C. Add sultanas and stir well. Cook for a further 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool in pan.

Step 5 of 5

When cold, store in an airtight container for 2 weeks.
