- 3 medium beetroots (medium size)
- 2tablespoons horseradish cream
- 2teaspoons capers
- sprinkle of fresh dill
Description
A delicious & healthy side dish.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Wash three medium sized beetroot. Keep the skin on and keep the beetroot whole. Steam until softened. Set aside to cool.
Step 2 of 4
Once cooled, peel the beetroot and grate. You may want to wear gloves so your hands are not stained red!
Step 3 of 4
Place the grated beetroot into a bowl, add horseradish cream and chopped capers and mix through.
Step 4 of 4
Sprinkle some fresh dill on top.
