  • 30grams butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 400grams green beans, trimmed
  • 2 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 pinch pink salt ground (to taste)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Blanch trimmed green beans in boiling, salted water for 3 minutes. Drain and return to pan with 2 cups of shredded cabbage and frozen peas.

Step 2 of 3

Add butter, garlic clove and freshly ground black pepper.

Step 3 of 3

Toss for 1 or 2 minutes until cabbage wilts. Add lemon juice and serve.
