- 24 wonton wrappers
- 2tablespoons coriander sprigs (to garnish)
- 1 mushroom, finely diced
- 1 small sweet potato, peeled, diced
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 5milliliter cooking oil spray
- 1tablespoons soy sauce (to serve)
- 1tablespoons almond meal

Method
Step 1 of 4
To make filling, combine ingredients in a small microwave-proof bowl and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until potato is soft. Mash and combine well.
Step 2 of 4
Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean work surface and brush with water to moisten.
Step 3 of 4
Divide the filling into 24 portions and place centrally on each wrapper. Bring the corners of the wrapper together, to form a money bag shape, and seal the sides.
Step 4 of 4
Meanwhile, bring a saucepan or wok of water to medium boil. Spray inside of a steamer with oil, add dim sum and steam on medium boil for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Garnish with coriander and serve with soy sauce.
