  • 2teaspoons Maggi Fish Sauce
  • 2packets Maggi Fusian Soupy Noodles Thai Tom Yum
  • 250grams medium green prawns (deveined tail intact)
  • 1 medium red chilli (thinly sliced)
  • 1 1/2 cup button mushrooms (quartered)
  • 1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Bring a large saucepan with 750ml water to simmer. Add prawns and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until prawns are cooked through. Break noodle cakes into quarters and add to saucepan. Stir in Maggi 2-minutes noodles Tom Yum flavour mix sachet.

Step 2 of 3

Add mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Return to boil, simmer a further 2-3 minutes until vegetables are just tender. Add fish sauce and lemon juice.

Step 3 of 3

Serve topped with chilli and add fresh coriander leaves if desired.
