  • 1 cup noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • nori, finely shredded (to serve)
  • pickled pink ginger (to serve)
  • 1tablespoons miso paste
  • left over salmon

Method

Step 1 of 2

Flake large pieces of salmon into a bowl. Pour 2 cups of boiling water over salmon, noodles and broccoli.

Step 2 of 2

Stir in 1 tbs miso paste. Serve noodle soup topped with finely shredded nori and pickled pink ginger.
