  • 2 medium eggs, free range
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • 1teaspoons paprika
  • 1tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1teaspoons onion powder
  • 1teaspoons cracked black pepper
  • 200grams feta, crumbled

Description

A simple velvety textured and salty pasta snack.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced.

Step 2 of 5

Cook the pasta as per packet instructions and then drain and set to the side.

Step 3 of 5

In a bowl, crack and beat the eggs lightly and then combine with the cream and seasoning.

Step 4 of 5

In an oven safe casserole dish, combine the pasta with the egg mixture fully and mix in the feta.

Step 5 of 5

Bake the dish in the oven for 20 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
