- 2tablespoons lemon curd
- 3 mini meringues
- 50grams white chocolate, melted
- 450grams butter cake

Method
Step 1 of 3
Crumble butter cake and spoon 1/4 cup of the crumbs into the base of a clean 3/4 cup capacity jar.
Step 2 of 3
Spoon lemon curd over the crumbs. Add half the pulp of passionfruit. Repeat layers. Cover with melted white chocolate.
Step 3 of 3
Carefully grill 3 mini meringues until lightly toasted. Arrange on top. Secure lid.
