  • 1 cup frozen diced vegetables
  • 500grams broccoli, steamed (to serve)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 27grams sachet roast meat gravy
  • 500grams baby potatoes, steamed (to serve)
  • 1kilograms lamb mince
  • 1tablespoons oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Step 2 of 4

Fry onion and garlic in oil until soft. Transfer to a large bowl. Cool for 5 mins.

Step 3 of 4

Add mince, breadcrumbs, gravy mix, rosemary, tomato paste and egg to bowl. Mix well. Add frozen vegetables. Mix through.

Step 4 of 4

Transfer mixture to a 6-cup loaf tin and place on a baking tray. Bake for 1 hour until cooked through. Drain off excess liquid. Remove from tin and slice into thick pieces. Serve with boiled potatoes and broccoli.
