- 280grams Bibigo Mandu Pork & Kimchi Flavoured Dumplings
- 120grams kimchi, drained
- 4 slices wholemeal bread
- 50grams parmesan cheese, grated
- 50grams gorgonzola cheese
- 50grams mozzarella cheese
- 5grams unsalted butter
Method
Step 1 of 4
Air-fry the dumplings at 180°C for 10 minutes until all sides are golden brown.
Step 2 of 4
Squeeze out the moisture and sauce in the Kimchi.
Step 3 of 4
Spread a little butter and blue cheese on one side of each slice of bread. Place the drained Kimchi on the bread, then place the cooked dumplings. Top it with mozzarella cheese and cover with another slice of bread.
Step 4 of 4
Place the sandwich in the sandwich press, pressing down to ensure that the cheese melts. Sprinkle it with parmesan cheese before serving.
