  • 400grams Woolworths beanettes, trimmed, cut in half lengthways
  • 425grams Woolworths yellowfin tuna in olive oil, drained, flaked
  • 3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/3 cup Woolworths Italian balsamic dressing
  • 200grams Woolworths Danish feta, crumbled

Description

Light, refreshing and filling, this Italian-style tuna and bean salad will always hit the spot.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Cook beanettes in a large saucepan of boiling water for 3-4 minutes or until bright green and tender. Drain, then refresh under cold water. Place in a large bowl.

Step 2 of 2

Add tuna and tomatoes to beanettes. Add dressing and toss to combine. Divide among serving bowls. Top with feta. Serve sprinkled with freshly ground black pepper.
