- 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 400grams Woolworths &veg beef meatballs with carrot, celery, tomato & onion
- 700grams Macro Organic passata
- 2tablespoons dried Italian herbs
- 1/2 bunch continental parsley, finely chopped
- 270grams Woolworths garlic bread slices
- 60grams baby leaf spinach
Description
Turn pasta night on its head and embrace the one-dish magic of this meatball traybake. It's topped with slices of garlic bread for the full experience.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Drizzle a large baking dish with oil. Place meatballs in dish. Bake for 15 minutes, or until meatballs start to brown.
Step 2 of 3
Remove dish and add passata, dried herbs and half of the parsley. Season with pepper. Mix to combine. Place garlic bread slices over top.
Step 3 of 3
Return dish to oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until sauce has thickened and bread is browned. Sprinkle with remaining parsley and serve with spinach leaves.
