Description

These crispy and lightly spiced cauliflower bites make a delicious snack or side dish.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl, add the oil, curry powder, garlic powder, cornflour and black pepper and toss well to coat.

Step 2 of 2

Heat the air fryer to 180°C and spread the florets out in a single layer. Cook for 18-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
