  • 360grams bagels (thinly sliced)
  • 250grams cream cheese
  • 250grams spreadable cream cheese
  • 125grams garlic butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup dill (plus extra sprigs to garnish)
  • 150grams hot smoked salmon (flaked)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. Brush bagel pieces with garlic butter and place onto trays. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Meanwhile, combine onion and vinegar in a bowl and set aside for 20 minutes. Drain.

Step 3 of 3

Process cream cheeses, dill, zest, lime juice and milk in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and stir in salmon. Spoon onto serving plates with onion, capers and extra dill. Serve with bagel crisps and lime wedges.
