  • 5milliliter extra virgin olive oil spray
  • 200grams block dark chocolate
  • 2tablespoons mini vanilla marshmallows, halved
  • 1tablespoons Caramilk baking chips
  • 8 ice-cream pop sticks

Description

Fun and festive, these delicious hot-chocolate stir sticks will delight family and friends this holiday season when added to a mug of warmed milk.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Grease 8 holes of a 1-tbs-capacity silicon base ice-cube tray with oil. Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on medium for 2 minutes, stirring with a metal spoon halfway through or until melted and smooth. Set aside for 2 minutes to cool slightly.

Step 2 of 4

Spoon chocolate into greased ice-cube tray holes until 3/4 full. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until partially set.

Step 3 of 4

Insert sticks into the centre of each chocolate and sprinkle with a few marshmallows and Caramilk chips. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.

Step 4 of 4

Carefully remove chocolates from ice cube tray. Serve.
