  • 80grams plain sweet biscuits
  • 1-2tablespoons icing sugar
  • 50grams butter, melted
  • food colouring (optional)
  • 2teaspoons gelatine
  • 125grams cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt
  • tubes of writing icing (optional)

Method

Step 1 of 4

Process biscuits in a small food processor until finely crumbed. Add butter and process until combined. Divide mixture evenly between 2 heart-shaped spring form tins. Press firmly over bases and put in the fridge.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, dissolve gelatine in 1 tbs boiling water. Cool slightly. In a clean processor bowl, put in cream cheese, yoghurt, icing sugar, gelatine, food colouring (optional) and process until combined.

Step 3 of 4

Pour each over set base and return to the fridge for 1-2 hours or until set.

Step 4 of 4

To serve, remove cheesecakes from tins and transfer to plates.
