- 1/4 cup Woolworths whole-egg mayonnaise
- 2tablespoons salt & sugar reduced tomato sauce
- 1tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 20 extra large cooked tiger prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
- 1tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 continental parsley sprig, leaves picked, finely chopped
- 2 green little gem lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 Hass avocado, halved, deseeded, cut into thin wedges
Description
A fresh twist on a classic canape. This crisp bite with crunchy lettuce, juicy prawns, avocado and homemade sriracha seafood sauce will set mouths watering.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine mayonnaise and sauces in a small bowl.
Step 2 of 3
Combine prawns, vinegar and parsley in a medium bowl.
Step 3 of 3
Top lettuce leaves with avocado and prawn mixture. Drizzle over sauce, and serve seasoned with pepper.
