Description

Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Combine passata and basil in a bowl. Season with pepper.
Step 2 of 2
Place pizza base on tray. Spread over passata, then top with ricotta, zucchini, tomato and pine nuts. Bake for 20 minutes or until base is golden. Top pizza with a little rocket. Cut pizza into wedges and serve with remaining rocket.
