  • 3tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 sprig fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch sea salt ground (to taste)

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan forced).

Step 2 of 5

Cut the potatoes in half lengthways, then make cuts two thirds of the way through the potato but not completely through across the length of the potatoes.

Step 3 of 5

In a bowl, mix the oil, sea salt and rosemary, then add the potatoes and mix well.

Step 4 of 5

Place the potatoes cut side up into a roasting tray lined with baking paper.

Step 5 of 5

Put the potatoes into a preheated oven and cook for 50 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked through and serve.
