- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 medium lemon, zest and juice
- 2tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 2tablespoons harissa paste
- 100grams natural yoghurt
- 1/2 bunch mint, leaves picked, chopped
- 70grams pomegranate seeds

Description
These spicy middle eastern style meatballs are great served with flatbreads for scooping.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Place the mince, garlic, ras el hanout and lemon zest in a bowl and mix well. Roll into 20 meatballs.
Step 2 of 4
Heat half of the oil in a large pan on medium high heat and cook the meatballs, stirring often, for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 3 of 4
Whisk the harissa, lemon juice and the rest of the oil together in a small bowl.
Step 4 of 4
Spread the yoghurt on a serving plate, top with the meatballs, harissa dressing, fresh mint and pomegranate seeds and serve.
