Halloween Devilled Eggs

- 1 ripe avocado
- carrots (to serve)
- 1 cucumber continental (to serve)
- 1teaspoons chilli flakes (optional)
- 2tablespoons lemon juice
- 12 black olives, pitted
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled
Method
Step 1 of 3
Peel eggs and cut into halves. Remove yolks, placing the yolks from 2 of the eggs into a bowl (see tip). Mash with avocado, lemon juice and chilli flakes (optional). Spoon mixture into empty egg whites.
Step 2 of 3
To make olive spiders, halve olives lengthways. Use one half for the spider bodies. Slice the other half to make 8 legs and arrange around the body on top of the yolk mixture.
Step 3 of 3
Arrange egg halves on a platter with fresh carrots and cucumbers cut in thin strips to serve.
