- 1/4 cup cocoa, sifted, plus 1 tbs extra
- 150grams lolly snakes (to decorate)

Method
Step 1 of 3
Using an electric mixer, beat butter until light and pale, Gradually add icing sugar, cocoa and milk, beating until well combined. Spread buttercream onto cupcakes.
Step 2 of 3
Pierce holes into muffins with a chopstick. Dust lightly with leftover sifted cocoa.
Step 3 of 3
Cut snakes in half and insert into holes in muffins.
