- 50grams pink ready-to-roll icing
- 50grams blue ready-to-roll icing
- 6 ready-made plain gingerbread men
- 1 tubes writing icing in red, black and yellow
- 125grams demerara sugar
- 6 paper cocktail umbrellas
Method
Step 1 of 3
Roll out the pink and blue icings and cut out bikini shapes for 3 of the gingerbread people and shorts for the other 3. Stick in place with a little of the writing icing. Pipe on faces and hair with the writing icing tubes.
Step 2 of 3
With the ready-to-roll icing trimmings, re-roll and cut out beach towels, flip flops, beach balls, books, etc.
Step 3 of 3
Spread the demerara sugar out on a board to make the sand, then arrange the gingerbread people with their towels and accessories and the cocktail umbrellas to make a beach party.
