Method

Step 1 of 5

Line a baking tray with cling film. This ensures your tasty yoghurt mixture doesn’t stick to the tray when you freeze it!
Instruction tip
Top tip:

The cling film can be tricky and sticky so be careful to make sure the whole tray is lined.

Step 2 of 5

Blitz yoghurt and raspberries and spread evenly on prepared tray.
Instruction tip
Top tip:

Blenders and food processors can be dangerous if little fingers get in the way. Always make sure an adult is around to supervise kids when making this yummy bark.

Step 3 of 5

Once your mixture is blended to perfection, pour out of your blender and spread evenly on your lined tray.

Step 4 of 5

Scatter your strawberries and passionfruit over the yoghurt mixture, or mix it up and pick from whichever fruit is in season! Freeze until solid, around four hours.
Instruction tip
Activity time:

Why not make some cute faces and shapes with the fruit, or even make a pretty rainbow?

Step 5 of 5

Once your frozen bark is set, use a knife to cut into odd shaped shards, perfect for snacking on!
Instruction tip
Mix it up:

If you’ve made more than one flavour, serve all your bark together to make an impressively colourful platter.
