Method

Step 1 of 4

Combine eggs, fruit mince and milk together in a medium bowl.

Add flour and baking powder, then stir until until combined. Add butter and stir until combined.

Divide mixture evenly between 2 greased 1 1/2-cup capacity microwave-safe mugs. Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds or until puffed and just firm when lightly touched.
