- 60grams feta cheese, crumbled
- 20 baked pastry tartlets
- 1 egg yolk
- 3tablespoons double cream
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 10 pitted black olives, halved
- 20 rosemary sprigs to garnish
Description
Use the best-quality ingredients to make these mini mouthfuls, reminiscent of Greek cuisine. The tartlets are best served warm.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180˚C.
Step 2 of 3
Divide the feta among the tartlets. Beat the egg and cream together. Add pepper to taste. Spoon the egg mixture into tartlets.
Step 3 of 3
Top with the olive halves and rosemary sprigs. Bake until golden and set 7 minutes. Serve warm.
