- 4 soft white wraps
- 500grams lamb strips souvlaki style

Description
Skip the takeaway and make your own easy lamb souvlaki wraps at home. Don’t forget to serve them with hot chips sprinkled with feta.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 230°C/ 210°C fan-forced. Cook chips according to packet instructions, then season with salt.
Step 2 of 4
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook lamb, tossing often, for 6 minutes or until browned and tender.
Step 3 of 4
Lightly spray wraps with oil and chargrill pan over medium heat for 20 seconds or until each side is lightly grilled.
Step 4 of 4
Toss salad, except feta, with dressing from kit. Top wraps with lamb, half the chips and salad. Crumble feta over remaining chips and serve.
