Discover how to make a delicious breakfast granola from scratch with this tasty recipe, which can easily be customised to suit all tastes.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place oats, milk and honey in a large airtight container or jar, mixing well to combine. Seal with lid. Refrigerate overnight to soak.

Step 2 of 3

To make espresso topping, whisk coffee, sugar and 1 1/2 tbs boiling water vigorously for 2 minutes or until mixture is very thick and light in colour.

Step 3 of 3

Spoon 1 1/2 cups oat mixture into a bowl. To serve warm, microwave oat mixture, stirring halfway, on high for 1 minute 15 seconds or until warmed through. Spoon espresso over oats and serve topped with strawberries and cacao nibs.
