Description
This fruity edible Christmas tree made of pineapple, kiwifruit, blueberries, and raspberries will delight your guests, with its vibrant colours and sweet, tangy flavours.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Slice pineapple into 5 slices (rounds). Using a 3cm star-shaped cookie cutter, cut stars from pineapple, avoiding the hard core at centre.
Step 2 of 3
Place cinnamon sticks in the middle at the bottom of a large board or tray. Arrange kiwifruit in a tree shape with the cut-side facing up. Starting from the second row from the bottom, layer another row of kiwifruit on top. Repeat on every second row moving upwards.
Step 3 of 3
Arrange blueberries, raspberries and pineapple stars as shown in the picture. Place one pineapple star at the top of the tree. Serve. (Note: The cinnamon
stick trunk is just for decoration and cannot be eaten.)
