  • 1/2 cup mashed pumpkin, cooled
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 1/2 cups self raising flour, sifted

Description

Quick and easy recipe to whip up a batch to have with a cuppa.

Method

Step 1 of 8

Cream butter and sugar.

Step 2 of 8

Add cooled pumpkin and mix well.

Step 3 of 8

Add egg and milk a little at a time to combine.

Step 4 of 8

Add sifted flour and mix to a soft dough.

Step 5 of 8

Place dough on a lightly floured board and knead lightly.

Step 6 of 8

Using a rolling pin roll out to a 2cm thickness. Using a cutter cut into rounds.

Step 7 of 8

Place rounds on prepared baking tray lined with baking paper.

Step 8 of 8

Glaze with milk and bake in a hot oven (200 degrees) for 15 to 20 minutes.
