  • 1/2teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cup pure icing sugar, sifted

Description

Perfect to spread over Christmas cookies and gingerbread, make up a batch of this 3-ingredient icing in just 5 minutes.

Method

Step 1 of 1

Lightly whisk egg white and lemon juice together in a bowl. Gradually add icing sugar, whisking until smooth and combined. Spoon mixture into a piping bag fitted with a 2mm plain nozzle. Using the picture as a guide, decorate gingerbread with icing. Stand for 30 minutes or until set, then serve.
