- 1tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 medium duck breasts, no skin or bone, excess fat removed.
- 2tablespoons honey
- 2tablespoons soy sauce
- 2tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 4 medium hot dog buns, sliced in half
- 200grams Asian slaw
- 3 stalks scallions, diced
- 80grams crispy onions
Description
Deliciously sweet and sticky duck hotdogs with a zesty and refreshing slaw topping.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat up a non-stick pan to a medium heat and then add the sesame oil.
Step 2 of 4
Chop the duck breasts into bite size portions and then place on the pan and fry while tossing for 6 minutes.
Step 3 of 4
Add the honey, soy and hoisin to the pan and fry for a further 2 minutes while tossing.
Step 4 of 4
Place the cooked duck into the buns, top with Asian slaw and garnish with scallions and crispy onions.
